Once we receive the tour details and your contact details we will send an online payment link to you. Once payment is received a voucher will be emailed to you.

Booking by Using our Shopping Cart

• Click on the left menu or top row menu to see what tours and activities are available.
• Wait 30 seconds to be transferred to our secure online banking page.
• Click the read more button on the tour required so you can read the complete details about each tour.
• If you wish to book the tour, Fill in the tour date and number of participants then Click on the "Book Now!" button to be taken to the tour shopping cart.
• Fill in the contact information, and Fill in the pick-up information - pick-up area and hotel
• At this step you can remove chosen tours or change the number of participants by clicking "Update Cart". If you would like to book more tours please follow 1 – 3 again,
• Once you have finished click submit.
• On this page you will see a confirmation of your bookings, your pick-up information and your contact information. If something is not correct you can use your browsers back-button to go back to the shopping cart and correct the information. When all information is correct you can checkout to the online payment page that connects to Bangkok bank online payment system.
• Upon successful payment, Bangkok Bank will instantly send you a payment receipt by e-mail and notify us by e-mail. Upon our notification from Bangkok Bank of successful payment, we will immediately send you an e-mail with your tour voucher and the pick-up time table. Print your tour voucher and bring it to the tour.
• At the day of the tour, an air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you outside the hotel or in the reception. Should he not find you, he will ask for you at the reception. After the tour you will be dropped off outside your hotel.
• Should there be any questions at the time of pickup or during the tour, please call our telephone number which is found on the tour voucher.
